About this tool
The builder keeps the resume structure boring on purpose: one column, standard headings, selectable text and reverse-chronological roles. That is what applicant tracking systems parse reliably and what a recruiter can scan in seconds. You get three visual variants — classic, modern and minimal — that all share the same underlying structure, so choosing a look never costs you parseability.
Everything happens in the tab. The live preview is generated from the form, drafts are stored in your browser's local storage, and the PDF comes from your browser's own print engine rather than a server-side conversion. That is why there is no watermark, no download limit and no account: there is nothing to meter.
Common questions
Will this PDF pass an applicant tracking system?
It exports selectable text with standard headings in a single column, which removes the most common parsing failures. No tool can guarantee a specific employer's system, so test the result with our ATS checker and follow the posting's file-type instructions.
Where is my draft saved?
In your browser's local storage on this device. Clearing site data, using a private window or switching devices means starting fresh. There is no server copy because the tool never transmits your data.
How do I get the PDF file?
Click Print / Save as PDF and choose “Save as PDF” (or “Microsoft Print to PDF” on Windows) in the print dialog. Make sure headers and footers are switched off in the print options for a clean page.
Can I use this for a two-page resume?
Yes. Content flows across pages and entries avoid awkward page breaks. Two pages are appropriate when you have roughly ten years of relevant experience or a publication and project record worth showing.
