No resume, cover letter, format, keyword or tool output can guarantee an interview, a callback or a job offer. Hiring decisions involve factors outside any document: timing, internal candidates, budget, fit and the preferences of individual people. We make no representation that using the Service will improve your results in any measurable way.

3. ATS scores are estimates

The ATS Checker applies general heuristics: presence of contact details, standard sections, measurable results, length and keyword coverage against a pasted job description. It does not simulate any particular applicant tracking system, and vendors differ substantially in how they parse and rank documents. A high score is not a guarantee of parsing or selection; a low score is not proof of rejection.

4. Salary and compensation estimates

The take-home pay calculator uses the tax rate you enter and produces an arithmetic estimate. It does not account for your full tax situation, local tax rules, benefit deductions, pre-tax contributions, credits or withholding elections. The offer comparison tool values equity and benefits using the assumptions shown, which may not match an employer's valuation or your personal risk tolerance. Neither tool is tax or financial advice.

5. Accuracy and timeliness

We aim for accuracy and update guides when practices change, but hiring practices, laws and software change continuously. Content may become outdated between revisions. If you find an error, please tell us; corrections are welcome and we will revise the page with an updated date.

Links to third-party websites, tools and resources are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices. Including a link is not an endorsement.

7. Advertising disclosure

RoleReady is supported by advertising. Advertisements are clearly distinguishable from editorial content, and advertisers have no influence over guide content or tool results. We do not currently operate an affiliate programme; if we introduce affiliate links, we will disclose them clearly at the point of use. Advertising helps keep every tool free and account-free.
